I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were functional but a bit tired, and the noise level was excessive, making it hard to get rest. However, the service was outstanding, and the staff were mostly friendly and extremely helpful. The location was very good, near key attractions like the old port and the metro stop, even though it was a bit noisy. The dining options were excellent but slightly overpriced. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
